The 8079-O ultra-thin aluminum foil with multi-layer coated & laminated structure (0.009–0.02 mm thickness, 600–1600 mm customizable width, PE coating + adhesive + scrim + LDPE/FR barrier) is the world’s most advanced radiant barrier and vapor barrier material for building insulation, cold-chain and industrial thermal protection.
Alloy 8079-O: purity > 99.99 %, pinhole ≤ 30 pcs/m², reflectivity ≥ 97 %.
Multi-layer lamination: emissivity ≤ 0.03, water vapor transmission rate < 0.001 g/m²·24 h, tear strength > 200 N.
Meets EN 16012, ASTM E96, ASTM C1371, Class A fire rating (ASTM E84).
Result: insulation systems that increase R-value by up to 40 %, permanently block 100 % moisture and 97 % radiant heat, and install 70 % faster than traditional multi-layer films.
